READING THE RAINBOW: GC Pride x Storyfest collab

- Rainbow readings + Teddy Bears' Picnic  

- LGBTIQA+ youth-focused literary activities

- Collaborative art-making workshops

- Dress to impress with prizes for best costume

- BYOB (Bring Your Own Bear!)

PROGRAM:

Morning: Art workshop (queer decorations and badge-making), roundtable on collaborative art-making, Scott Stewart reads from his work, My Shadow is Purple 

Afternoon: DJ performances, reading activities with Jess Walton from their new graphic novel Stars in Their Eyes, judging the best costumes and Teddy Bears' Picnic and teddy bear cupcakes.

A joint project between Gold Coast Pride and Storyfest.
